Summary
This is a beginner level class that covers making a pen on the wood lathe. During the class we will cover all of the steps to create a pen from selecting a blank to finishing and assembling the pen.

All parts will be provided - Please note that if you have a special request (e.g. wood species or pen kit) please contact the instructor ASAP at classes@asmbly.org

Please note:
Attendees must wear comfortable, closed toe shoes and wear clothing that you do not mind getting covered in wood shavings. Loose clothing with strings or long jewelery is not recommended. If you have long hair it must be tied back. A face shield will be provided but please bring eye protection. A dust mask is optional but not provided.
