Summary

This is a beginner to novice level class that covers making a bowl on the wood lathe. During the class we will cover all of the steps to create a bowl from selecting a blank to finishing your completed bowl. Introduction to the Wood Lathe is REQUIRED prior to this class.

Description

All parts will be provided - Please note that we will use an easy to turn wood species in a moderate size

Please note:

Attendees must wear comfortable, closed toe shoes and wear clothing that you do not mind getting covered in wood shavings. Loose clothing with strings or long jewelery is not recommended. If you have long hair it must be tied back. A face shield will be provided but please bring eye protection. A dust mask is optional but not provided.
